The United Kingdom Group. For those who do not know us, we are a group based in the United Kingdom for
collectors of Irish Belleek porcelain. The pottery was founded in 1857 and producing wares today from Belleek village.
Most prized and collected are early 'Black Mark' First Period pieces.
The UK Belleek Collectors Group draws membership
from all over the British Isles apart from Northern Ireland where a separate
group is firmly established. Our membership now also stretches around the
world with our associate membership scheme. Below...here are some of our Associate Members with other US Chapter Members at a recent 'Gathering' held in New Orleans during 2016

Our group meets over three weekends a year,
at different locations and with an average attendance of up to
40 people to enjoy many different events. At our gatherings, we invite
guest speakers, receive presentations from members on various topics and
sometimes visit places of interest. Our outlook is very simple, we
all have an interest in collecting Belleek and make our social gatherings
the meeting place for like minded collectors. The Group also arranges joint meetings with other groups. During September 2016 we met up with the Northern Ireland Group for a weekend visit to the Collins Barracks, Dublin, home of the Museum of Ireland to view their Belleek collection. Below. Northern Ireland and UK Group members in Dublin together with Associate Members who came from America for the event.

The group publishes a newsletter, two sample copies, shown below packed
full of interesting articles and news items, plus our website which is
updated every month.
